bigwin33 Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bigwin33 as the platform provider. By visiting the bigwin33 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of the services provided, you expressly agree to comply with all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required not to use the bigwin33 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms should be read together with the bigwin33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form the complete agreement between the user and the platform.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use bigwin33 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally qualified to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the country or region where you reside.
• One account only: Each individual is only allowed one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts may result in all related accounts being terminated.
• Acting on your own behalf: You must register and play in your own name, not on behalf of a third party.
• Not an employee: bigwin33 employees, contractors, and immediate family members of bigwin33 employees are not permitted to use the platform as players.

3. Account Registration

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, identity card number (MyKad), an active email address, mobile phone number, and any other information required by bigwin33 for identity verification purposes.

bigwin33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, or other documents needed to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary suspension of the account.

• You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to bigwin33 customer support immediately.
• bigwin33 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bigwin33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of valid payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are carried out in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent value based on the current exchange rate for cryptocurrency transactions.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within one hour once verification is complete, depending on the payment method selected.
• Identity verification: Your first withdrawal and withdrawals exceeding certain limits require full identity verification before they are processed.
• Withdrawal method: Funds may only be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the deposit, unless stated otherwise.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. bigwin33 reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bigwin33 offers various bonus deals to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

Additional terms that apply to all bigwin33 bonuses:

• Each user is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• bigwin33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being terminated.
• Bonuses from different promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.

bigwin33 VIP programme members are categorised into three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. Tier upgrades depend on the user's activity level and loyalty over time.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the bigwin33 platform are operated according to the rules set by their respective game providers. Game outcomes are determined by a verified random number generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Players receive game results as displayed on screen. Any technical disputes or system errors that occur during gameplay will be reviewed based on bigwin33's server records.
• If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay, affected bets may be voided and the funds returned to the user's account balance.
• bigwin33 is not responsible for damage, delays or issues caused by the user's internet connection.
• The use of automated software (bots), scripts or any unauthorised methods to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

For sports betting, all bets are subject to the relevant sports rules. bigwin33 reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed based on incorrect or incomplete information.

7. User Conduct

bigwin33 users are required to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully at all times. The following behaviour is prohibited on the bigwin33 platform:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or any form of dishonest conduct.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system for exploitative purposes.
• Colluding with other players unlawfully to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs for personal gain without reporting them to bigwin33.
• Threatening, intimidating or harassing customer support staff.

8. Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the bigwin33 customer support team. All valid account balances will be returned once the verification process is complete, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

bigwin33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms.
• Failed identity verification or submission of false information.
• Fraud, money laundering or any criminal activity.
• A court order or directive from authorities requiring account termination.
• A user's request for self-exclusion through the responsible gambling programme.

Following account termination, the user is no longer permitted to access the bigwin33 platform or register a new account unless authorised in writing by bigwin33 management.

9. Limitation of Liability

bigwin33 provides the online gambling platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the service will run without interruption, without errors, or meet any specific user expectations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bigwin33 and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment providers and game providers.

10. Amendments to Terms

bigwin33 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via notifications on the platform or through the registered email address.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time. The latest update date is always displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the bigwin33 platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
